Vice President, Growth - Clinical Trial Optimization at Iterative Health

Iterative Health seeks a Vice President of Growth to spearhead the expansion of its research site network and enhance clinical trial solutions. This role involves both organic and inorganic growth strategies, focusing on scaling the company's presence within the GI sector. The VP of Growth will work closely with the leadership team to align network growth with business objectives. The position is located in Cambridge, MA, or New York, NY.

Responsibilities include:

• Expanding Iterative Health's research site footprint in the US and internationally through organic and inorganic growth.
• Identifying, cultivating, and onboarding high-quality research sites.
• Leading efforts to identify and evaluate potential acquisitions of research sites.
• Developing a strategy for launching research naive sites.
• Partnering with the executive team to align network growth strategy with business objectives.

Requirements:

• 10+ years of experience in clinical research, healthcare, or related industries.
• Proven track record of scaling networks or organizations.
• Strong understanding of clinical trial site operations and regulatory requirements.
• Experience in developing scalable operational frameworks.
• Excellent strategic thinking, negotiation, and leadership skills.
