Job Description
Clear Street is seeking an Associate Director to join their Asset Servicing team in New York. This role focuses on Fixed Income Corporate Actions, requiring a detail-oriented professional with a strong understanding of fixed income securities and corporate actions processing. The Associate Director will assist with day-to-day processing, validate corporate action events, handle inquiries, reconcile positions, and resolve discrepancies. They will also collaborate with internal teams to enhance systems, drive automation, and mitigate risk.

The Role Involves:
  • End-to-end processing of fixed income corporate actions.
  • Monitoring event timelines and validating entitlements.
  • Supporting reconciliations and responding to inquiries.
  • Identifying and escalating exceptions.
  • Participating in strategic projects and system enhancements.
  • Assisting in training and mentoring junior staff.

Requirements:
  • 7–10 years of experience in Financial Services with a focus on Fixed Income Corporate Actions.
  • Deep understanding of fixed income products.
  • Experience with FED and DTC.
  • Strong analytical and reconciliation skills.
  • Familiarity with U.S. tax implications on fixed income instruments.
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience managing or mentoring junior team members is preferred.
  • Series 99 and/or Series 7 licensing is a plus.
  • Experience with domestic and international equity corporate actions processing is a plus.
