Job Description
Pathward is seeking a Senior Partnership Manager to oversee support and service activities for company products and services for designated partners. The Senior Partnership Manager will cultivate partner relationships and develops a deep understanding of partner businesses, using Pathward and industry knowledge to collaborate and drive growth and retention efforts.
The role involves P&L responsibilities, strategy development, managing partner relationships, working collaboratively with various internal departments, and ensuring the success of partner relationships.
Responsibilities
- Develop Partner relationships.
- Create Partner-specific strategic account plans.
- Identify and drive new product opportunities.
- Monitor trends and provide feedback to partners.
- Consult regularly with partners.
- Align partner needs with internal solutions.
- Manage partner agreements and reporting.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience with bachelor's degree.
- Experience in related role
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
