Job Description

Pathward is seeking a VP of Partner Development to lead a team of Partner Development Executives and manage large, complex partner relationships. The role involves growing revenue associated with these relationships and providing leadership, coaching, and mentoring to the team. The VP will collaborate with internal teams to onboard new partners, develop solutions, and address servicing issues. The ideal candidate will have experience in financial services, particularly commercial lending, and a track record of growing revenues and deepening partner relationships.

Responsibilities:

  • Leads a team of Partner Development Executives
  • Manages current partners at the leadership level.
  • Develops a pipeline of revenue opportunities for new partner relationships.
  • Works with internal teams to address material servicing-related issues with the partner.
  • Coordinates the onboarding of new team members.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in related field (Master’s preferred).
  • 12+ years of related experience in financial services, preferably Commercial Lending.
  • Previous leadership experience.
  • Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills.
