Job Description

DoorDash is seeking a Site Manager to lead one of their DashMart facilities in Vancouver, BC. The Site Manager will oversee a 5-10k sq ft distribution center and the local warehouse operating team, ensuring high-quality service for customers.

Responsibilities:

  • Recruit, lead, coach, and retain a high-performing team of Shift Leads and Operations Associates.
  • Manage day-to-day warehouse operations, ensuring smooth, efficient, and safe processes.
  • Own scheduling and manage a labor budget.
  • Maintain key quality metrics, including order accuracy and fulfillment speed.
  • Identify inefficiencies and implement process improvement projects.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in Operations, Warehouse Logistics, Retail Management, Fulfillment, or related field.
  • 1+ years of experience managing a team.
  • College degree or relevant professional work experience.
  • Flexibility in schedule, including some late night and weekend availability.
  • Proven leadership skills with experience managing teams of 10+ employees.
  • Problem-solving skills and ability to analyze data using Excel or Google Sheets.
