The Site Manager role at DoorDash involves leading the operations of a DashMart warehouse in Vancouver, BC. The Site Manager will be responsible for building a strong and positive team culture, improving warehouse operations, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

  • Recruit, lead, coach, and retain a team of Shift Leads and Operations Associates.
  • Manage day-to-day warehouse operations, ensuring efficiency and safety.
  • Oversee scheduling and manage a labor budget.
  • Maintain key quality metrics, including order accuracy and fulfillment speed.
  • Identify areas of inefficiency and implement process improvements.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in Operations, Warehouse Logistics, Retail Management, Fulfillment, or a related field.
  • 1+ years of experience managing a team of 10+ employees.
  • College degree or relevant professional work experience.
  • Flexibility in schedule, including some late night and weekend availability.
  • Experience using Excel or Google Sheets to analyze data.
