DoorDash is seeking a Site Manager for their DashMart facility in Surrey, BC. This role involves managing a distribution center and leading a team to maintain high-quality standards.

Responsibilities:
  • Recruit, lead, coach, and retain a high-performing team.
  • Own the day-to-day operations of the DashMart warehouse.
  • Ensure smooth, efficient, and safe site processes.
  • Manage scheduling and labor budget.
  • Maintain key quality metrics, including order accuracy and fulfillment speed.
  • Strategize and execute process improvement projects.

Requirements:
  • Proven leadership experience managing teams of 10+ employees.
  • Experience supporting a 24/7 business.
  • Problem-solving skills and analytical abilities.
  • Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.
  • 3+ years of experience in Operations, Warehouse Logistics, Retail Management, Fulfillment, or related field.
  • 1+ years of experience managing a team.
  • College degree or relevant professional work experience.
  • Flexibility in schedule, including late nights and weekends.
