DoorDash is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead its Ads Billing and Invoicing team. This role involves overseeing a group of engineers who are responsible for building and maintaining platforms related to Ads and Promotions billing and invoicing solutions. The Engineering Manager will collaborate with designers, product managers, and sales partners to drive the successful execution of the product roadmap.

Requirements:
- B.S. or M.S. in Computer Science or equivalent.
- 7+ years of industry experience, including a minimum of 2 years of management experience.
- Experience managing product engineering teams with Backend and Frontend Engineers.
- Experience building platforms on streaming technologies.
- Strong product sense and ability to partner with cross-functional peers.
- Hands-on experience working with non-technical stakeholders and building scalable products.
- Ability to handle ambiguity and work with product and business partners to collect requirements.
- Ability to guide and grow an engineering team in a rapidly changing environment.
