DoorDash is seeking an Associate Manager, Loyalty Promotions Strategy to join their Consumer Retention Marketing team in Vancouver. This role involves creating and launching loyalty offers on DoorDash to drive user engagement and retention. The Associate Manager will manage the day-to-day performance of loyalty programs, including building targeting, experimentation, and optimization. They will also support the P&L management of the program. The position reports to the Sr. Manager of Consumer Promotion Strategy. Responsibilities:
  • Create loyalty offers that positively influence consumer behavior.
  • Manage day-to-day operations and business metrics for the loyalty program.
  • Optimize loyalty promotions using complex data sets and A/B testing.
  • Partner with product, analytics, and engineering teams.
  • Support the P&L management of the program.
  • Lead multiple cross-functional workstreams.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of loyalty marketing, promotions, or retention marketing experience.
  • Experience creating and launching loyalty offers and promotions.
  • Experience with large data sets and A/B testing.
  • Intermediate SQL experience and proficiency with data visualization tools.
  • Project Management and partnership Management skills.
  • Experience developing long-term growth strategies.
