DoorDash is seeking an Associate Manager, Loyalty Promotions Strategy to join their Consumer Retention Marketing team in Toronto. This role focuses on creating and launching loyalty offers to drive user engagement and retention. The Associate Manager will manage the day-to-day performance of loyalty offers, including targeting, experimentation, and optimization, while also supporting the P&L management of the program. The role involves:
  • Creating loyalty offers to influence consumer behavior and drive user growth.
  • Managing daily operations and business metrics for the loyalty program.
  • Optimizing loyalty promotions using complex data sets and A/B testing.
  • Partnering with product, analytics, and engineering teams.
  • Supporting P&L management, including budget and performance impact.
  • Leading cross-functional workstreams across internal and external teams.
DoorDash is looking for candidates who have:
  • A Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of experience in loyalty, promotions, or retention marketing.
  • Experience creating and launching loyalty offers.
  • Strong data analysis skills and experience with A/B testing.
  • Intermediate SQL and data visualization skills.
  • Experience in project and partnership management.
  • Experience in strategy development.
