DoorDash is seeking an Enterprise Engagement Associate to foster strategic restaurant merchant partner relationships within the Enterprise Post-sale team in Canada. The successful candidate will report to an Engagement Manager Lead and play a key role in deepening partnerships with strategically important restaurant merchants.
The Enterprise Engagement Associate will be responsible for the ownership and growth of a subset of these partnerships, including the rollout of new brand partnerships, growing existing merchants by selling new products and launching new stores, partnering with marketing, and collaborating with product teams to deliver a seamless experience. DoorDash is looking for someone passionate and driven.
The role involves:
- Owning, developing, and fostering strategic merchant partnerships to drive sales growth.
- Developing strategic merchant relationships with C-Suite, strategy, marketing, and operations leads.
- Working cross-functionally as a liaison between merchant partners and DoorDash leadership.
- Leveraging playbooks, tools, and internal resources to ensure merchants receive a high-quality experience.
Requirements:
- 2+ years experience in account management, sales, business development, or consulting.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- A proven track record of driving revenue growth.
- Proven success working in cross-functional teams.
- Excellent analytical skills.
