DoorDash is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Manager to join their New Verticals Sales Strategy & Operations team. This role is pivotal in scaling the International SMB New Verticals business, focusing on the Alcohol sector in Canada. The ideal candidate will blend business acumen and analytical prowess to define and implement go-to-market strategies, enhance efficiency for optimal business impact, and manage daily operations.
The Manager will collaborate with Sales, Sales S&O, GM, Finance, and other internal teams to ensure DoorDash's SMB sales team delivers exceptional merchant experiences.

Requirements:
- 6+ years of experience in consulting, strategy, business development, operations, technology, banking, analytics or related experience.

- Comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience leading projects and motivating teams.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools like Excel, Google Sheets, and SQL.
- Strong Sales acumen.
