DoorDash is seeking a Head of Growth for its Canadian operations, based in Toronto. This role is positioned at the intersection of growth, product, and operations, focusing on expanding affordable delivery options to Canadian users. The Head of Growth will report to the GM, Canada, and is expected to work in a hybrid model, with some time spent in the office and some time working remotely.

The Head of Growth will collaborate with cross-functional partners to define and scale key consumer programs related to pricing, promotions, in-app consumer experience, and merchandising. The role involves designing and executing local and scalable strategies to expand DoorDash's reach across Canadian markets.

Responsibilities:

  • Build and lead complex projects impacting consumers.
  • Develop DoorDash's growth strategy using first principles and empathy.
  • Experiment with data to uncover user trends and insights.
  • Analyze operational and financial impacts of decisions.
  • Collaborate with merchant, product, engineering, finance, and analytics teams.

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of experience in consulting, strategy, finance, analytics, or business operations.
  • 4+ years of experience in leading a team, including hiring and talent development.
  • Proven track record of building and operationalizing strategies with cross-functional buy-in.
  • Strong analytical problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to operate autonomously and make quick decisions.
