Scalapay, a unicorn company transforming the Buy Now Pay Later landscape, is looking for a motivated Account Executive Travel to drive new business acquisition, particularly in the Hospitality industry. The Account Executive will be responsible for actively seeking new opportunities and scaling the acquisition of new businesses. This role is based in Milan, Italy.

The Account Executive will work for Scalapay.

What this role involves:

  • Driving strategy for new clients, territories, and verticals through sales calls and business reviews.
  • Generating new business opportunities and creating custom sales pitches.
  • Managing the Go-Live process for merchants and negotiating optimal user experiences.
  • Leveraging relationships within the travel and hospitality industry to generate revenue opportunities.
  • Identifying opportunities to optimize Scalapay's product suite for merchants.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to optimize the sales cycle.
  • Managing a sales pipeline in Hubspot.
  • Meeting partners face-to-face regularly via market visits and events.
  • Supporting the positioning of Scalapay as a Buy Now, Pay Later pioneer in the travel sector.
  • Staying updated on industry trends and innovations.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of relevant sales or business development experience in Travel, Hospitality, SaaS, or digital marketing.
  • Fluency in Italian and proficiency in English.
