NPD Manager - Skincare at Beauty Pie

Beauty Pie is seeking an NPD Manager to collaborate on skincare new product development from concept to launch. The role involves building and executing the NPD pipeline, managing product lifecycles, and ideating new product concepts. This person will work closely with internal and external stakeholders, including suppliers, the operations team, the studio, and regulatory partners.

The role involves:

• Ideating and developing new product concepts, formulas, and packaging.
• Managing critical paths and ensuring deadlines are met.
• Maintaining detailed records of all NPDs and timings.
• Preparing and presenting business cases for tracking through the commercial stage gate process.
• Preparing concept presentations and training sheets for the marketing team and PR agency.

The ideal candidate should have:

• A proven record of new product development and category management for skincare.
• Exceptional project management skills and the ability to prioritize effectively.
• The ability to define problems, collect data, and draw valid conclusions.
• A collaborative approach and the ability to build excellent relationships.
• Strong communication/presentation skills.
• A proactive self-starter attitude and the ability to work under pressure.
