Senior C++ Engineer (Mandarin Speaker) - Stockholm / Remote from Sweden at eyeo

eyeo is seeking a Senior C++ Engineer with Mandarin language skills to join their B2B Solutions team. The role can be based in Stockholm or remote from Sweden. The engineer will contribute to browser ad-filtering solutions and other ad-filtering projects, working with partners to implement new features and optimize performance.

The Senior C++ Engineer's role involves:

• Participating in partner communications in English and/or Chinese.
• Contributing code in various projects.
• Benchmarking and optimizing software performance.
• Collaborating with the Engineering Lead and Product Manager.
• Exploring new engineering opportunities.

Requirements for this role include:

• Extensive experience in modern C++.
• High proficiency in Mandarin Chinese.
• Experience in developing, compiling, and optimizing code for Linux.
• Knowledge of the Linux networking stack and routing protocols.
• Experience with continuous integration.
• Working knowledge of a scripting language like Python.
• High proficiency in verbal and written English.
• Proactivity in problem-solving.
• Ability to break down product requirements and drive projects to completion.
• Ability to make data-driven decisions.
