eyeo is seeking a Lead Product Manager to drive the product vision and strategy for its buy-side business. The Product Lead will collaborate with engineering, marketing, and other teams to deliver high-quality products that align with the company's vision and meet market needs. He/She will understand differences in monetizing across all channels—web, mobile and CTV.

Responsibilities include:

  • Driving the product vision and strategy
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams
  • Defining and prioritizing product features
  • Analyzing key performance metrics
  • Maintaining a deep understanding of the digital advertising ecosystem
  • Coordinating with the Product Operations team
  • Communicating product decisions transparently

Requirements:

  • At least 8 years of experience in product management
  • A deep understanding of advertiser and publisher needs
  • Experience in online advertising with knowledge of programmatic advertising
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Experience in leading and/or mentoring other product managers
  • Proactive problem solver with a good team attitude
