A financial service company is looking for a Markets Compliance Manager to join their Prague office. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with various financial regulations and managing derivatives activities.
What this role involves:
- Conducting compliance testing and reporting.
- Overseeing derivatives activities regulated under MiFID 2 and PSD 2.
- Managing EMIR reporting for the UK and Europe.
- Designing and delivering MiFID training programs.
- Recommending and implementing process improvements.
Requirements:
- University degree with experience in a financial or payment service business.
- In-depth knowledge of Financial Instruments requirements (MiFID) and related regulations.
- Proficient in risk management regulations within the banking/financial services industry.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
