Convera is seeking a resilient and motivated Sales Development Representative to join their Demand Generation Team in Warsaw, Poland. This role offers the chance to progress within the company, with opportunities to move into business development or other roles. The Sales Development Representative will work closely with Business Development Managers to identify and contact new prospects, determine their requirements, and arrange business meetings.Role involves:
- Lead Generation & Prospecting
- Achieving Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s)
- Creating appointments with new & existing prospects
- Making outbound calls to qualify new business opportunities
- Using sales enablement tools
- Managing the sales lead allocation pipeline
- Identifying and providing appropriate products or services to new prospects
Requirements:
- Sales industry experience
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Active listening, strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Fluency in Polish and English
