Convera is seeking a resilient and motivated Sales Development Representative to join their Demand Generation Team in Madrid, Spain. This is a greenfield role with significant career progression opportunities. The Sales Development Representative will play a crucial role in generating appointments for sales targets, working closely with Business Development Managers to identify and qualify new business opportunities.Role responsibilities include:
- Developing a deep understanding of Convera’s value proposition.
- Achieving key performance indicators (KPIs) such as revenue and appointment setting targets.
- Collaborating with Senior BDMs to create appointments with new and existing prospects.
- Making outbound calls to identify and qualify new business opportunities.
- Using sales enablement tools to generate new business prospects.
- Managing the sales lead allocation pipeline to the sales team.
- Identifying and articulating appropriate products or services for new prospects.
Basic qualifications include:
- Sales industry experience, ideally with outbound call experience.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in Spanish (native level) and English.
