Senior Client Relationship Manager - Montreal

Job Description

Convera is seeking a Senior Client Relationship Manager to manage a portfolio of clients and offer advice on FX markets. The candidate will be based in Canada and will help clients mitigate the impact of unfavorable FX moves while generating revenue and achieving targets. The Senior Client Relationship Manager will manage a portfolio of approximately 60 to 80 Corporate Canadian customers and transact a wide range of FX deals, retaining clients and maximizing opportunities for upselling and cross-selling. Role involves:

• Delivering excellent client experience to a portfolio of approximately 60 to 80 Corporate Canadian customers
• Managing and transacting a wide range of FX deals across our broad product range
• Retaining clients as well as maximizing opportunities for upselling and cross-selling
• Contacting and meeting up with customers and being aware of their specific requirements

Requirements:

• Proven track record of selling and account management within the Foreign Exchange space
• Able to provide clear explanations of different options FX strategies
• Knowledge of FX products and services
