Senior Client Relationship Manager - Toronto

Convera is seeking a Senior Client Relationship Manager to manage a portfolio of clients, offering advice and support on FX markets. The candidate will be based in Canada and will help clients mitigate risks, generate revenue, and achieve targets.

Responsibilities:

• Delivering client experience to a portfolio of customers.
• Managing and transacting FX deals.
• Retaining clients and maximizing opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
• Proactively contacting and meeting customers.

Requirements:

• Proven track record of selling and account management within the Foreign Exchange space.
• Clear explanations of different options FX strategies.
• Knowledge of FX products and services.
