Job Description
Convera is seeking a Sales Enablement Business Partner to join their Segment Curriculum Team. This role focuses on equipping sales teams with the necessary knowledge, content, processes, and tools to effectively sell Convera's value proposition. The Sales Enablement Business Partner will be responsible for launching onboarding programs, identifying knowledge gaps, and creating continuous learning programs to accelerate revenue performance.Role involves:
- Partnering with sales and sales managers to gather insights and shape enablement programs.
- Designing and implementing programs for sellers, including onboarding and product training.
- Collaborating with subject matter experts to curate relevant and effective content.
- Developing training materials using various modalities, such as in-person workshops and e-learning.
- Managing training materials and ensuring accessibility via Highspot.
- Analyzing performance data to measure the effectiveness of enablement initiatives.
Requirements:
- 6-8 years of experience in Sales Enablement within a B2B sales environment.
- 2-4 years of experience within the payments and/or fintech industry.
- Experience in designing and delivering onboarding programs.
- Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with Sales Enablement tools including HighSpot LMS and Gong.
- Strong project management skills and experience delivering large-scale programs.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to analyze performance data and translate insights into actionable improvements.
