Convera is seeking a Data Analyst to join its Analytics team in Vilnius, Lithuania. The Data Analyst will play a key role in supporting decision-making by creating actionable metrics and extracting valuable insights from big data.

Role Involves:

  • Developing meaningful metrics.
  • Building high-quality dashboards and decks.
  • Maintaining and documenting methodologies and data models.
  • Carrying out ad hoc analysis.
  • Identifying solutions and opportunities by analyzing large data sets.
  • Supporting data capturing and pipelining.

Requirements:

  • Sharp problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Resilient and structured work planning.
  • Intuitive critical thinking.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in data analytics or data science.
  • Fluency in SQL.
  • Experience in using Excel, PowerPoint, and Tableau/Power BI.
  • Familiarity with quantitative analysis, algebra, and statistics.
