Convera is seeking a Customer Support Associate to provide internal support to the sales/operations group and act as a liaison to clients. This is a temporary contract until the end of November. The role involves handling client transactions, pre/post-sales support, project/process management, daily banking, and other accounting and administrative functions. The individual will be required to have a thorough understanding of the transaction process, risk management rules and policies, and other industry-specific policies and procedures.
The Customer Support Associate role involves: - Handling incoming telephone calls and emails.
- Ensuring accurate data input into SFDC.
- Providing transaction monitoring and reporting.
- Updating cases and clients regularly.
- Acting as a bridge between Sales, Client, and Operations.
- Maintaining focus on personal and team goals.
- Offering support and advice to internal and external clients.
- Delivering professionally constructed email communications.
Requirements: - Experience in a client-facing role.
- Professional telephone manner and excellent communication skills.
- Experience in a high-volume service delivery environment (desirable).
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Experience with Financial Services (desirable).
- Familiarity with computerized data entry systems and MS Office.
- Ability to handle objections and complaints.
- High degree of accuracy and self-motivation.
- Strong team player.
- Ability to improve efficiency.
- Ability to build supportive relationships with business contacts.
