Convera is seeking a Compliance Operations Associate with German or French language skills to join their Vilnius office. The role involves investigating and analyzing corporate customers to ensure they meet regulatory requirements. The associate will determine whether to pursue or terminate business relationships based on gathered information.   • Ensuring new and existing corporate customers meet KYC, AML requirements
  • Updating customer account profiles and keeping records up-to-date
  • Efficient internal communication to gather KYC information
  • Keeping internal procedural documentation up-to-date
  • Additional ad-hoc tasks
  • Supporting colleagues and management with training, audit requests, projects, documentation
Requirements:
  • Relevant experience in Operations, KYC, Compliance, AML, or related field
  • Excellent communication skills in English and German or French
  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and client-centric mindset
  • Initiative and commitment to overcome obstacles and meet targets
  • Flexible working approach, strong decision-making, and influencing skills
