Convera is seeking a highly motivated Product Analyst to join their Operations Technology team in Peterborough. The Product Analyst will be responsible for managing the Case Management application, a critical product within Convera, that digitalizes and orchestrates the business processes to offer seamless service delivery. They will manage business demands and expectations, partnering with technical teams to share roadmaps and deliver working products. This role involves leading the delivery throughout the product lifecycle, from eliciting business requirements to managing releases into production and supporting continuous improvement.

The Product Analyst will engage with cross-functional teams, including Business Operations, Strategy Transformations, Technical Product, and Data teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Support product delivery through each phase of the product lifecycle.
  • Maintain product backlog, sprint planning.
  • Perform product research and analysis.
  • Articulate product requirements to development team.
  • Maintain documentation on solutions, create training content.
  • Collaboration with teams across different countries.
  • Proactively plan and organize initiatives.
  • Articulate the required level of details to varied stakeholder groups.
  • Partner closely with technical product teams.
  • Work closely with test teams in both QA and UAT.
  • Perform business impact assessments.
  • Showcasing the delivery and status updates to management teams and plan of actions.
  • Using data to drive decision making and product improvement.
  • Support to maintain Business Requirement documentation, process maps,.
  • Participate in global design committees, performing AS-IS and TO-BE analysis.
  • Contribute solution designing, making sure processes are efficient.
  • Analytical mindset to challenge if this solution requires people, process or technology.

Requirements:

  • University Degree in Business Management, Computer Science or related subjects.
  • 3+ years Product Management on Case Management or Orchestration Platforms alike.
  • Experience team management and participation in large-scale IT projects.
  • Familiar with Product Development Lifecycle Management.
  • Data analysis and interpretation skills.
  • Knowledge on Agile/Lean methodologies.
  • Strong Communication, listening and influencing skills with a professional and confident style.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication.
  • Strong team collaboration skills.
