Convera is seeking a Senior Site Reliability Engineer to ensure the stability and resilience of their systems. The role involves leading incident management, reducing MTTR, and championing an anti-fragility mindset.

The candidate will elevate customer experience, share SRE best practices, and streamline incident management through automation. Role Involves:

  • Taking the lead on incident management.
  • Proactively reducing Mean Time to Resolution (MTTR).
  • Championing an anti-fragility mindset.
  • Elevating the customer experience.
  • Sharing industry best practices in SRE.
  • Facilitating blameless post-mortems.

Requirements:

  • Extensive experience with complex, multi-region, cloud-native systems within AWS.
  • Proficiency in Python, Go, or Rust.
  • Experience implementing global CI/CD pipelines and driving automation.
  • Expertise in defining service quality metrics and managing error budgets.
  • Proficiency in Linux, cloud networking, microservices architecture, and Amazon EKS.
