Convera is seeking a Senior Site Reliability Engineer to ensure the stability and resilience of its systems. The Senior Site Reliability Engineer will spearhead incident management strategy by identifying and mitigating risks.
Responsibilities:
- Taking the lead on incident management
- Proactively reducing Mean Time to Resolution (MTTR)
- Championing an anti-fragility mindset
- Elevating the customer experience
- Sharing industry best practices in SRE
- Facilitating blameless post-mortems
Requirements:
- Extensive experience with cloud-native systems within Amazon Web Services
- Proficiency in modern programming languages (Python, Go, or Rust)
- Experience in CI/CD pipelines and automation
- Expertise in defining and monitoring service quality metrics
- Proficiency in Linux, cloud networking, microservices architecture, and Amazon EKS
