Convera is seeking a Senior Site Reliability Engineer to ensure the stability and resilience of its systems. The successful candidate will spearhead the incident management strategy, identifying and mitigating risks to maintain service reliability. This role involves:
- Leading incident management and orchestrating responses.
- Proactively reducing Mean Time to Resolution (MTTR).
- Championing an anti-fragility mindset.

- Sharing industry best practices in SRE.
- Facilitating blameless post-mortems and streamlining incident management through automation.
- Extensive experience with complex, multi-region, cloud-native systems in AWS.
- Proficiency in modern programming languages like Python, Go, or Rust.
- A track record of implementing global CI/CD pipelines.
- Expertise in defining and monitoring service quality metrics and SLOs.
- Proficiency in Linux, cloud networking, microservices architecture, and Amazon EKS.
