Convera is seeking a Senior Endpoint Engineer to focus on Windows Endpoint Management. The role involves expert understanding of end-user device management, including laptop imaging, mobile device management solutions, and virtual desktop environments. The Senior Endpoint Engineer will develop new technology for a globally recognized brand. The role is focused on Windows Endpoint Management.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as primary administrator for EUC imaging / patching solution for Windows.
- Serve as primary administrator for MDM solution.
- Serve as primary administrator for VDI solution.
- Participate in technical investigation and architecture in the end user computing space.
- Work with business counterparts to evaluate new categories of end user tools.
- Serve as a technical expert for end user computing tools and escalations.
- Participate in implementing automation, education, and self-serve tooling.
- Partner with the information security team on end-user device endpoint protection tools and processing.
Requirements:
- Experience in designing and implementing end-user device management solutions for Windows.
- Experience with Microsoft Intune and Workspace One.
- Substantial background in building and operating large-scale endpoint management solutions.
- Experience in cloud infrastructure environments, particularly AWS.
- Excellent analytical skills.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Collaborative working style.
- Ability to understand and drive service management/SLAs.
- A strong track record of executing in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- Requires 4+ years of related technical and business experience.
- Experience in implementing and managing SaaS-based digital workplace tools would be an advantage.
