Convera is seeking a Senior Windows Endpoint Engineer to focus on Windows Endpoint Management. The ideal candidate will possess expert understanding of end-user device management, including laptop imaging, mobile device management solutions, and virtual desktop environments. This role involves:
- Serving as the primary administrator for EUC imaging/patching, MDM, and VDI solutions.
- Participating in technical investigations and architecture for new end-user computing tools.
- Evaluating new categories of end-user tools in partnership with business counterparts.
- Serving as a technical expert for end-user computing tools and escalations.
- Implementing automation and self-serve tooling for incident and service request reduction.
- Partnering with the information security team on endpoint protection tools.
- Experience in designing and implementing end-user device management solutions for Windows, including imaging, patching, MDM, and VDI.
- Experience with Microsoft Intune and Workspace One.
- A substantial background in building and operating large-scale endpoint management solutions.
- Experience in cloud infrastructure environments, particularly AWS.
- Excellent analytical, oral, and written communication skills.
- A collaborative working style and the ability to influence technology decisions.
- Ability to understand and drive service management/SLAs.
- A strong track record of executing in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- 4+ years of related technical and business experience.
- Experience in implementing and managing SaaS based digital workplace tools (advantage).
