Job Description
Convera is seeking a Senior Software Engineer with expertise in ServiceNow Software Asset Management (SAM) to join their team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, configuring, and enhancing Convera's ServiceNow environment to meet its software asset management needs. This role involves designing, configuring, and customizing the ServiceNow SAM module, as well as developing and implementing workflows, scripts, and business rules to support SAM processes. The candidate will also integrate ServiceNow SAM with other IT systems and tools, collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, and maintain technical documentation.Responsibilities include:- Designing, configuring, and customizing ServiceNow SAM module.
- Developing and implementing workflows, scripts, and business rules to support SAM processes.
- Integrating ServiceNow SAM with other IT systems and tools.

- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field.
- 5+ years of experience with ServiceNow, focusing on SAM.
- Experience in designing, configuring, and implementing ServiceNow SAM solutions.
- Strong knowledge of ServiceNow platform capabilities.
- Experience with ServiceNow integrations.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- ServiceNow certified Implementation Specialist – SAM.
- Knowledge of ITIL processes and best practices.
