The Head of Third-Party Risk Management role at Convera involves leading the TPRM team and overseeing all activities related to managing third-party risk across supplier engagements. The individual will report to the Chief Risk Officer and support the Group's approach to TPRM activities. They will coordinate vendor risk assessments, onboarding, in-service monitoring, and due diligence.
This role collaborates with various departments, improving procedures, tools, and controls to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and best practices.

Role responsibilities:
- Serving as the primary point of contact and guiding stakeholders through TPRM processes.
- Coordinating vendor due diligence, internal assessments, and risk assessments.
- Supporting third-party service reviews for effective TPRM governance.
- Identifying and remediating inherent risks and control gaps.
- Performing data analysis and reporting on supplier risks and governance.
- Providing guidance on supplier governance and assurance activities.
- Monitoring compliance with policies and ensuring data integrity.
- Training stakeholders on supplier governance best practices.
- Supporting key projects and maintaining internal documentation.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Risk Management, Business, or a related field.
- Experience in risk management at a middle level in a large, complex organization.
- Experience in identifying and managing TPRM risk.
- Knowledge of key regulatory requirements, including EBA Guidelines and DORA requirements.
- Strong data analytical skills (Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word).
- Right to work in the country.
