Job Description
Convera is seeking an ICT Risk Manager to join their Risk Team in London. This role is crucial for ensuring the company's practices align with the Digital Operational Resilience Act (DORA) requirements and that all functions understand their ICT risk profile.
The ICT Risk Manager will work with the Operational Risk Team to define, assess, and manage operational risks, incidents, and business continuity for Convera.
Responsibilities include:
- Developing, implementing, and maintaining an ICT risk management framework.
- Maintaining risk registers and producing risk reports.
- Supporting the business in ICT risk identification, assessment, treatment, and monitoring.
- Providing practical interpretation and mitigation of risk.
- Delivering strategic projects to enhance the company's risk culture.
- Supporting the delivery of awareness-raising and training programs.
- Providing written guidance, policy, and process on ICT risk management best practice.
- Building effective stakeholder relationships.
- Monitoring compliance with regulatory, security, and quality standards.
- Supporting the Business Continuity Policy and Operational resilience practices.
Requirements:
- Excellent understanding of risk management and ICT risk management.
- At least 8 years of experience in ICT-related risk management.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Experience working collaboratively with stakeholders.
- Ability to identify risks associated with business processes, operations, and technology projects.
- Knowledge of systems and technology used by the company.
- Strategic thinking skills.
- Project management experience.
