Oportun is seeking a Product Marketing Manager to join their Product Marketing team. This role is critical in driving growth within retail, retail partnerships, and optimizing retargeting marketing strategies. The Product Marketing Manager will report directly to the GTM lead for the personal loans business and support the Marketing department’s strategic direction, contributing to company-wide goals and metrics.

Role involves:

  • Supporting initiatives by providing data-driven analysis.
  • Designing and implementing marketing strategies.
  • Developing, testing, and scaling a multichannel marketing journey.
  • Monitoring and analyzing the performance of campaigns.
  • Designing A/B testing and conduct analysis.
  • Present analytical output to inform strategic and tactical decision making.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field.
  • 4+ years of experience in business analysis, marketing strategy, or related fields.
  • Strong foundation in data analytics and highly proficient in SQL (Required).
  • Proven ability to translate data into actionable insights and impactful business decisions.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • A proactive, results-driven mindset.
  • Flexibility to prioritize work, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
