Oportun is seeking a Senior Analyst, Growth and Marketing Analytics to enhance its performance marketing strategies. The role focuses on driving the growth of Oportun’s Personal Loans and Savings products through effective management of paid and owned channels. This position involves a key role in developing marketing strategy, initiating test & learn initiatives, and leading integrated marketing campaigns from concept to execution.Responsibilities include:
  • Managing paid digital campaigns (SEM, Facebook, Apple Search Ads, Google Ad Campaign, etc.)
  • Monitoring campaign performance and providing insights.
  • Forecasting key performance metrics and managing channel budgets.
  • Designing and conducting A/B tests to optimize creatives and landing pages.
  • Exploring and testing specialized channels for Spanish-speaking segments.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive marketing efforts.
  • Presenting analytical outputs to guide strategic decisions.
Requirements include:
  • A bachelor's degree in a quantitative field.
  • 4+ years of experience in a data or analytically driven role.
  • Proven track record of successful digital marketing campaign management.
  • Expertise in digital marketing tools and platforms.
  • Experience using database languages (SQL), with Python/SAS preferred.
  • Proficiency with MS Office products.
  • Adaptability to a high-growth, fast-paced environment.
