Senior User Acquisition Manager at Socialpoint

Socialpoint, a Zynga & Take-Two Interactive family mobile game studio, is seeking a Senior User Acquisition Manager for their Barcelona office. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing large-scale mobile advertising campaigns and managing the optimization of creatives, budget allocation, and ROI. This role involves managing a significant monthly budget to acquire new and engaged players for Socialpoint's portfolio of top-grossing IAP games.

Responsibilities include:

• Leading user acquisition strategy and performance-based media buying on SDK ad networks, social and programmatic platforms.
• Working closely with product teams, senior stakeholders, and network account managers.
• Conducting thorough analysis and cooperating with the in-house design team on new concepts.
• Assisting in forecasting and management of a multi-million dollar budget.
• Leading inter-departmental projects to deliver innovative solutions and business performance improvements.
• Identifying and developing new partner and platform opportunities to drive increased performance over time.
• Performing analysis to spot opportunities and trend changes for UA activities.
• Staying ahead of industry best practices and competitor trends.
• Representing Socialpoint at international conferences and events.

Requirements:

• 6+ years of managing ad network campaigns.
• 4+ years in mobile user acquisition and KPI-driven analysis.
• Experience launching new games/apps and maintaining multiple live products at scale.
• Deep understanding of 3rd party tools including MMPs, market research platforms, and ad networks.
• Experience and knowledge of mobile and ad tech from a gaming developer or agency perspective.
• Expert with Excel functions (v-lookup and pivot tables).
• Extremely organized with a high level of attention to detail.
• Analytical and metric-driven.
