Producer - Data Engineering at Socialpoint

Socialpoint is seeking a Producer to join their Data Engineering team in Barcelona. The Producer will be responsible for managing project plans and schedules, ensuring timely and high-quality project execution. They will facilitate scrums, maintain team alignment, and promote a collaborative and productive Agile environment.

The role involves effective communication within the team and externally, identifying process improvement opportunities, and fostering a positive and collaborative team dynamic.

Responsibilities include:

• Partnering with Data Engineering team leads to manage project plans and schedules.
• Supporting with the planning, execution and reporting.
• Running scrums, keeping the team aligned and prioritized.
• Ensuring effective communication within the team and outwardly.
• Identifying areas of opportunity concerning processes.

Requirements include:

• 2+ years of project management experience in the tech industry, leading software engineering projects.
• Knowledge of project management tools such as Jira and Confluence.
• Self-motivated with initiative and flexibility.
• Collaborative with strong communication skills.
• Positive and professional attitude.
