Senior Producer (Live Ops) at Socialpoint

Socialpoint, part of Zynga & Take-Two Interactive, is seeking a Senior Producer to manage the development processes for Dragon City in Barcelona. The Senior Producer will oversee team workflows, drive the LiveOps vision, and collaborate with various teams to ensure smooth execution of live updates. They will also be responsible for optimizing processes and mitigating risks.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee team workflows, planning, documentation, and communication.
• Drive and implement the LiveOps vision, delivering engaging player experiences.
• Collaborate with development, marketing, and community teams.
• Develop efficient, scalable workflows to improve production and LiveOps execution.

Requirements:

• 7+ years in F2P mobile game production.
• Proven success in shipping and maintaining live game content.
• Strong organization, communication, and leadership skills.
• Excellent proficiency with project management tools.
• Understanding of game development tools and production pipelines.
• Commitment to delivering high-quality, player-focused experiences.
