Job Description

Ping Identity is seeking a Technical Account Manager (TAM) to ensure clients are successful with Ping solutions. As part of the Global Support Organization, the TAM will collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage the client's journey from purchase to production. The TAM will partner with the customer to optimize their existing deployed solutions.

What This Role Involves:

  • Providing technical recommendations and best practices for Ping solutions.
  • Facilitating visibility into the company’s product roadmap.
  • Assisting with over-the-shoulder configuration help.
  • Coordinating and conducting business reviews with customer leadership.
  • Assisting in planning and strategizing roll-outs and upgrades.
  • Providing ad-hoc training.
  • Engaging in escalation and prioritization of support tickets.
  • Providing product demonstrations.
  • Coordinating with other Ping Identity teams.
  • Providing feedback to Product Management.
  • Acting as a liaison during off-hours.
  • Managing ongoing customer needs to drive customer retention and loyalty.

Requirements:

  • Understanding of Java and knowledge of web technologies.
  • Minimum of 5 years’ enterprise customer-facing experience.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Experience with SFDC or equivalent CRM systems.
  • Proven track record in managing relationships with large enterprise clients.
  • Experience with Identity Management, Access Management, or Federation.
