Ping Identity is seeking a Sr Director, EMEA Customer Success to lead initiatives that drive customer success and long-term profitability. This role reports to the SVP Global Customer Success and Renewals and will be a member of the EMEA Go To Market SLT, partnering with EMEA renewals, services, and support teams.

Role Involves:

  • Providing strategic leadership to the customer success team across EMEA.
  • Executing the EMEA variants of our global customer success approach.
  • Enabling desired customer success outcomes by aiding renewals and retention managers.
  • Driving adoption and mindshare in Post Sales Bundle strategy.
  • Optimizing all CS processes: onboarding, training, management, advocacy, upsell/cross-sell, and supporting renewals.
  • Managing executive customer relationships across the entire GTM team.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 10 years of experience as a customer success/GTM leader.
  • Experience owning an enterprise book of business, upwards of $100M in ARR.
  • BS in Business or Technical domain or equivalent experience required; MBA degree preferred.
  • Strong strategic thinking and business acumen.
  • Outstanding presentation and client-facing skills.
  • Deep understanding of SaaS and software businesses.
  • Expert communication skills and the ability to hold C-level customer conversations.
