Senior Staff Software Engineer - Mobile (React Native) at Ping Identity

Ping Identity is seeking a highly motivated Senior Staff Software Engineer to contribute to the development of its next-generation Identity Platform. The candidate will be responsible for building APIs, SDKs, Libraries, and Frameworks that will be used by customer development teams to create user-facing software.

The Senior Staff Software Engineer will collaborate within a cross-functional team of Product Managers, Software Engineers, and Data Scientists across a global organization. This role involves:

• Developing IAM-related (Identity & Access Management) mobile applications and tooling
• Working alongside customers and partners to define functional specifications for integrating the SDK with their applications
• Participating in the development life cycle, including design, coding, testing, and production release of client SDKs
• Providing developer support to customers and partners during application design, implementation, and testing using client SDKs
• Assisting customer development teams with code reviews to ensure best practices and high-quality code
• Debugging production issues across services and levels of the Advance Identity Cloud (AIC) integration with the SDKs
• Pairing with other engineers to deliver world-class solutions

Requirements include:

• 5-10 years of experience in Mobile application development (iOS, Android, or cross-platform), with at least 3 years focused on React Native
• Deep knowledge of React Native best practices and architecture
• Proficiency in JavaScript/Type Script
• Experience in building sharable and reusable code
• Experience with authentication, authorization, and identity management
• Security experience, including: MFA, OAuth, OIDC, TLS
• BS or MS in Computer Science or equivalent work experience
