Oportun is seeking a Bilingual Contact Center Agent to provide excellent service to its members. The agent will handle inquiries and resolve issues through various channels, including phone, email, and chat. They will need to demonstrate empathy, actively listen to customers, and provide appropriate solutions according to company policies. The agent must maintain high standards of quality and service, demonstrating Oportun's values in all interactions.
Responsibilities: - Answer or make calls and resolve cases through phone, email, chat, etc.
- Detect the mood of the client to empathize and provide suitable solutions.
- Learn and reason company policies and procedures.
- Provide high-quality service and maintain friendly relationships.
Requirements: - Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Experience or skills in Customer Service, sales, or collections
- PC management, internet browsing and office basic-intermediate knowledge
- Minimal educational level required: 9th grade
- Bilingual (fluent in English and Spanish)
