QA Engineer at Ping Identity

Ping Identity is seeking a motivated Junior Manual QA Tester to join their team. The candidate will be responsible for planning and executing tests for cloud services, ensuring high quality and performance. He/She will collaborate with developers, product managers, and automation engineers to identify and report issues, document defects, and enhance the testing process.

The role involves:

• Review software requirements and specifications.
• Design, write, and execute manual test cases.
• Set up and configure test environments.
• Communicate with developers, QA team members, and product managers.
• Verify and validate defect fixes.
• Identify, document, and report defects.

Requirements:

• Background of technical work experience in previous jobs / military.
• Familiar with basic QA methodologies.
• High level of English written and spoken.
• Ability to work on multiple projects.
• Great interpersonal skills.
• Great team player.
• Proactive, can-do attitude with a willingness to learn.
• Worked in a client-server environment - An advantage
• Familiar with cloud based systems - An advantage
• Experience in native mobile testing (iOS or Android) - An advantage
• Familiarity with test management tools (e.g., TestRail, Jira) - An advantage
