Ping Identity is seeking a Strategic Finance Manager to join its Strategic Finance team. The role is crucial for driving data-driven decision-making concerning M&A, capital deployment, and profitability tied to new product initiatives. This position requires cross-functional collaboration to advance strategic priorities.

Role involves:

• Building and maintaining financial models for M&A transactions.
• Providing financial support to Product and Business Ops teams.
• Collaborating on new product launches and market expansion efforts.
• Developing a streamlined capital deployment framework.
• Driving deep-dive financial analyses and supporting strategic initiatives.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 5-7 years of previous experience.
• Expert financial modeling skills with strong understanding of SaaS profitability drivers and key metrics.
• Ability to translate complex financial analyses into simple, actionable insights.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with leaders across the business.
• Experience creating and owning financial models to evaluate relative return profiles (ROI).
