Oportun is seeking a Bilingual Contact Center Agent. The agent will handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chats, providing excellent customer service in both English and Spanish. The agent will resolve customer issues and provide solutions, adhering to company policies and procedures.

Role Involves:

  • Answering or making calls and resolving cases through available channels.
  • Detecting customer mood to empathize and generate an appropriate response.
  • Learning and applying company policies and procedures.
  • Providing high-quality service and demonstrating Oportun's values.

Requirements:

  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Experience or skills in Customer Service, sales or collections
  • PC management skills.
  • Internet browsing and basic to intermediate office knowledge.
  • Minimal educational level required: 9th grade (Middle School with certificate or evidence of completion.)
  • Bilingual (fluent in English and Spanish).
