Financial Systems Director (NetSuite)

Job Description

Ping Identity is seeking a Director of Financial Systems to lead their financial systems team and drive transformative change. This role requires a seasoned professional with extensive experience in managing complex financial systems landscapes, particularly within high-growth SaaS organizations.

The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of financial systems architecture, coupled with a proven ability to lead teams, manage large-scale projects, and provide expert consultation to stakeholders. Expertise in Netsuite, Anaplan, Concur, and Coupa is essential.

Role involves:

• Providing visionary leadership and strategic direction to the financial systems team.
• Developing and executing a comprehensive financial systems strategy and roadmap.
• Acting as a trusted advisor to senior management on financial systems best practices.
• Overseeing the ongoing maintenance, optimization, and administration of all financial systems.
• Leading and managing complex financial systems projects from initiation to completion.
• Developing and managing the financial systems budget.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 12+ years of progressive experience in financial systems management, with at least 7 years in a leadership role.
• Deep expertise in Netsuite, Anaplan, Concur, and Coupa.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and presentation skills.
• Proven ability to manage large-scale projects, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines.
