Ping Identity is seeking a Human Resources Business Partner to support its EMEA operations. The HRBP will partner with leadership to drive HR initiatives aligned with company values and business goals. This role involves expertise in HR strategy, performance management, organizational development, and change management.
The HRBP will collaborate with cross-functional teams to align HR strategies with business needs, support organizational change and growth, and enhance the employee experience. The ideal candidate will possess experience in the tech industry and the EMEA region.
The HRBP will be expected to ensure compliance with employment regulations in the UK and EMEA.
What the role involves:
- Collaborating with management on business strategy and providing HR guidance.
- Guiding leaders through employee development and performance coaching.
- Leading change management initiatives and supporting organizational transformations.
- Enhancing overall employee experience and fostering a positive work environment.
- Using HR data and analytics to inform HR strategy and measure program impact.
- Ensuring compliance with employment regulations in the UK and EMEA region.
Requirements:
- Experience as a strategic business partner supporting a global organisation.
- Ideally has supported engineering and product teams.
- Proven background in human resources resolving complex employee relations issues.
- Working knowledge of multiple human resources disciplines.
- Able to maintain confidential information.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
- Knowledge of HRMS software.
