Senior Product Manager – SaaS Platform Migration at Ping Identity

Ping Identity is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the migration of its legacy SaaS platform to the next-generation identity security platform. This role focuses on ensuring a seamless transition for customers, enabling them to leverage advanced features like orchestration, verification, risk protection, digital credentials, and AI-powered security.

The Senior Product Manager will own the migration strategy, roadmap, and execution, collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance products, develop migration tooling, and support enablement. The role reports to the Director of Product Management for PingOne.

What this role involves:

• Leading research and discovery to understand customer considerations and technical challenges.
• Developing and executing the migration strategy for a smooth transition.
• Owning the migration roadmap, including product enhancements and customer communications.
• Collaborating with engineering and UX teams to define detailed requirements.
• Advocating for customer needs while balancing technical feasibility.
• Monitoring and reporting on migration progress to leadership.

Requirements:

• Deep understanding of Identity and Access Management (IAM) technologies and standards.
• Proven experience in managing product lifecycles and delivering high-quality releases.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Effective communication skills with technical and non-technical audiences.
• Data-driven decision-making skills.
• A Bachelor's or Master’s Degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience (8+ years in product management or related roles).
