Ping Identity is seeking an Information Security Analyst to join their customer-facing organization. This role focuses on providing assurance of the internal security program through customer assessments and audits. The analyst will collaborate with internal teams to understand and implement customer contractual security requirements, aiming for continuous improvement in customer-facing security assurance. They will also work closely with Legal and contract specialists to review and negotiate customer contractual terms for security.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage Ping Identity’s customer-facing documentation and assurance material.
  • Manage customer questionnaires, RFx, and security assessments.
  • Support customer audits.
  • Help manage the compliance and audit platform.
  • Collaborate with the Information Security team for continuous improvements.
  • Maintain relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Identify and implement improvements for Sales Organisation.
  • Define internal audit procedures and frameworks.
  • Evaluate compliance with contractual, regulatory, and compliance requirements.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in a customer-focused role in information security or IT.
  • Understanding of effective security controls at systems, network, and application levels.
  • Experience working with AWS, GCP, or Azure.
  • Experience with customer security assessments.
  • Experience handling and coordinating responses to customer enquiries.
  • Knowledge of industry-standard security control frameworks and guidelines.
